Tennis

“Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” 1 Timothy 4:8

“Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should” 1 Corinthians 9:24-27

Program Overview

Lighthouse Christian Chargers Tennis is a competitive homeschool tennis program in Southwest Missouri where our athletes will find team unity as Christ followers while spreading salt and light to other athletes within different organizations. Our program is designed to build on the values of Christ-like behavior, encouragement, hard work, and respect throughout the season.

Chargers Tennis is a volunteer organization, yet we have well-qualified coaches and a dedicated staff. We will provide proven techniques for improving athletes’ skills in the game of tennis while also having lots of fun. We are passionate and excited about all the ways Chargers Tennis will make a tremendous impact on God's Kingdom in the life of your player, family, and others.
