Introducting the Lighthouse Christian Chargers Coaches Fund
The Lighthouse Christian Chargers are excited to announce one of the most important and transformative initiatives in the history of the Chargers. We are establishing a new fund dedicated to supporting the very heart of our athletic program—our coaches.
The Lighthouse Christian Chargers Coaches Fund will directly provide stipends for our dedicated Coaches and Sport Operations Managers, recognizing the countless hours they invest into the lives of our young men and women both on and off the field. By contributing to this fund, supporters can help ensure that our coaches receive the financial support they deserve.
It is critical that we fund this initiative without increasing costs to our families, therefore we are establishing this fund to provide the resources that will be necessary without any increase in fees to our participating families. We can only do that with your help. So please give if you are able. But most important of all, help us spread the word! Thank you!

Why do we need a Coaches Fund?
Our coaches are the heart and soul of Lighthouse Christian Chargers. They invest far more than time on the field or court. They mentor, disciple, and model Christ-centered leadership for our student-athletes during some of the most formative years of their lives. Through discipline, encouragement, and example, our coaches help shape character, faith, and excellence that extend well beyond competition.
The Chargers Coaches Fund exists to recognize and support this vital work, to allow us to attract the very best leaders for our youth, and to ensure that those who serve our athletes are supported as they continue to pour into our programs with dedication and integrity.
This fund represents an investment in the people who make Lighthouse Christian Athletics possible and a commitment to sustaining strong, faith-driven coaching for years to come.
Phase 1 of Coach stipends will include all Varsity Head Coaches, and will begin with the 2026 - 2027 athletic year. Please help us meet our fundraising goal by May 31st, 2026. Keep checking back here for the latest updates on progress towards that goal. Thank you!!
