All athletes must have a liability waiver on file prior to meet participation. Please follow the link below.

Entry Deadline: Thursday, October 23, at 5:00 pm.

Individual Runners (all divisions): $20 per athlete

High School Divisions: $20 per runner, or $100 per gender/per division for teams of 5+ athletes

Junior High Division: $15 per runner, or $75 per gender/per division for teams of 5+ athletes

Elementary Divisions: $15 per runner, or $75 per gender/per division for teams of 5+ athletes

Payments can be made by check or cash.

If you would like to mail your check in advance, please send it to the address included in your confirmation email.

Payment may also be made at the Coaches Meeting on meet day.

Ozark Racing Systems will provide official timing for this year’s meet. Mark Logan will once again be our Meet Starter.

All athletes must be registered through Athletic.net. Each athlete will receive a bib for their race.

Registration Summary:

1. Coach Account – Create a free coach or admin account (if you don’t already have one). Verify your email address and activate your account
2. Create Teams – Search to see if your team already exists. If not, click “I Can’t Find My...” and follow the prompts to add your team to the database.
3. Note: High School teams will be on their own page. Middle School and Elementary are grouped together under Middle School.
4. Enter Roster – Go to your team page – Manage Team – Edit Roster. Add athletes manually or upload your roster.
5. Add Meet – Log In, Search for meet name, and add it to your season calendar
6. Register Athletes – From your team page, click on the meet, then select Register Athletes and select the correct divisions.

• The Coaches & Individual Runners Meeting will be held at 8:30 am by the starting line.

• Coaches will receive a packet with their athletes’ bibs, safety pins, and course maps.

• Parents accompanying individual/unattached runners should attend this meeting to receive bibs, pins, and course information.

The course will be one loop for the Elementary and Junior High races, and two loops for High School.

It is nearly all grass with a couple of pavement crossings, consisting of both flat and rolling terrain.

Bottled Water will be provided for all the athletes at the finish line.

• 8:30 am – Coaches Meeting

• 8:45 am – National Anthem and Prayer

• 9:00 am – 8U Boys & Girls (1.55 mi)

• 9:25 am – 10U Boys & Girls (1.55 mi)

• 9:50 am – 12U Boys & Girls (1.55 mi)

• 10:15 am – 14U Junior High Boys & Girls (2.0 mi)

• 10:45 am – Varsity Girls (5K)

• 11:20 am – Varsity Boys (5K)

• 11:55 am – Junior Varsity Boys & Girls (5K)

• Medal Ceremony

• Medals will be awarded to the top 15 boys and girls in each of the High School and Junior High divisions, and to the top 10 boys and girls in each Elementary division.

• Team Champion and Runner-Up Medals will be presented to the 1st and 2nd Place teams in each age division.

• Trophies will be awarded to the top Varsity Boy and top Varsity Girl.

• Medal Ceremony will follow the conclusion of the races.

Results will be posted on https://www.athletic.net/ after the meet concludes.

• Additional porta-potties will be available on site this year to better accommodate athletes, coaches, and spectators. Hand washing stations will also be provided for the first time. A handicap-accessible porta-potty will also be available, located separately near the pavilion.

• Parking attendants will be on site to direct vehicles to the designated parking area, which will be roped off in the field across from the course.

Fine Designs will once again provide Nationals apparel at this year’s meet. A new design has been created, with a wide variety of options available for purchase at their booth, located across from the parking lot.
