At Lighthouse Christian Athletics, our coaches are the heart of our mission. The Chargers Coaches Fund is a transformative initiative created to provide stipends for our dedicated coaches, while funding this vital work without increasing costs for participating families.
We invite local businesses to partner with us by sponsoring the Coaches Fund—an investment that helps us attract and retain the very best leaders for our young athletes.
Most sponsors give between $500 and $5,000, but every gift helps no matter the size. That is why all sponsors, regardless of level of giving, will receive meaningful recognition and promotional benefits from as outlined. Every sponsor will have the option to select any or all of the benefits listed here.

Helps cover a coach’s full-season stipend so they can focus on training, mentoring, and developing athletes without financial strain.

Impact: Every dollar you give goes straight to paying and supporting our coaches.
100% of the funds received will go directly to stipends.
Phase 1 of Coach stipends will include all Varsity Head Coaches and Sport Operations Managers.
