Girls Soccer Nationals

We are excited to announce the second annual Girls' National Homeschool Soccer Tournament, which will take place in Springfield, Missouri, on May 11-12, 2026. The Lighthouse Christian Chargers Soccer program created this tournament to provide a fantastic opportunity for high school soccer players to showcase their skills, build lasting friendships, and conclude their season with a fun and competitive national event.

*Teams withdrawing from the NHST at least 60 days prior to the Tournament date will receive a refund of their registration fees minus $100. Refunds will no longer be offered after that point.

Team Eligibility

The tournament is open to any high school age varsity or junior varsity girls homeschool or small private school soccer team throughout the USA. Each homeschool soccer organization or private school is limited to entering two (2) qualified teams (varsity & junior varsity).

*Small private schools with no end of year tournament.

Tournament Format

Day 1 - Pool Play, Day 2 - Bracket Play

Day 1: Each team will play two games of pool play. The pools will be determined based on the teams' season records and will be announced one week before the tournament start date. After the games on Day 1, teams will be placed into Gold, Silver, or Bronze brackets depending on their records from the pool play games.
Day 2: Each team will play two games of bracket play. Teams will compete in a semi-final game within their respective brackets. The winners of these games will advance to compete for Gold, Silver, or Bronze National Championships. The losers of the semi-final games will play in a third-place game. Therefore, we will have a Gold, Silver, and Bronze National Champion. If 12 teams sign up, we will have separate divisions for Gold, Silver, and Bronze. If the number of teams is less than or more than 12, we will adjust accordingly.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of four games during the tournament.

Games

All games will employ 35 minute halves. Teams will need to provide 1 ball boy/girl for each game. Certified USSF or MSHSAA referees will officiate. We will go by NFHS rules with some small modifications.

Awards

Awards will be presented following the final games on Tuesday, May 12th.

Trophies will be given out to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in each bracket.
Individual medals are give to players on the 1st and 2nd place teams.
We will also have 1st and 2nd National All-Star teams that is voted on by coaches after each game. Coaches will pick 2 players from the opposing team they would like to nominate. Each All-Star team will consist of 12 players for 1st Team and 12 Player for 2nd Team All Stars so a total of 24 players from the entire tournament.

T-Shirt Pre-Orders: Teams can pre-order tournament shirts for $18 each in their preferred sizes. A link for pre-orders will be sent to coaches after registration. Shirts will also be available for purchase at the event for $20 each.

Concessions: There will be a full concession stand open during the games, which will be run by Allison Sports Town.

Hotels: You are free to pick whatever hotel or accommodation you want.
